How do I pay with my Old Navy credit card?
Old Navy offers cardholders the ability to pay online through the store’s online portal or the Old Navy credit card app. You can also pay by mail or phone using your Old Navy Card or Old Navy Visa credit card.
The company accepts checks, money orders, Western Union, Walmart bill payments, and bank wire transfers.
Make Old Navy Credit Card Payments Online
Register for online access before making your first online payment. You’ll need your bank account number and zip code to begin the process. After registering an account, you can pay by:
Go to the Old Navy Cardholder Account Services login page and log in with your username and password.
Have your bank account number and ABA routing number ready for bill payment.
From the Payments menu, click Make Payments.
Follow the instructions to complete the payment.
In addition to paying online, you can view account balances, add authorized users, or sign up for paperless statements.
Pay without logging into your Old Navy credit card account

Make Old Navy credit card payments in-app
You can pay for your Old Navy credit card account on the store’s mobile app. Download the Old Navy app from Google Play or the App Store. Go to the Wallet section to pay your bill.
Can you pay at the store with an old Navy credit card?
No, you cannot pay with an Old Navy credit card in stores. These stores also don’t offer envelopes and other credit card payment aids.
What if your Old Navy credit card payment is late?
You can make late payments using any Old Navy bill payment option. Your payment due date is at least 23 days after the end of each billing period. To avoid late payment fees, the minimum payment deadline is 5:00 PM. EST The due date shown on your statement. Payments received after 5:00 pm will be posted the next day.
A late fee of $29 will be charged if you have not had a late fee within the past 6 billing cycles, and a late fee of $40 if you have had a late fee within the past 6 billing periods. However, late fees will never exceed the minimum payment you owe.
