Chase bank has nearly 5,000 stores across the country that customers can visit, but for the ultimate convenience, it also offers an online service if you set up a login. It’s an easy process that you can complete in minutes and allows you to access your account anytime, anywhere.
How to log into your Chase account from a computer
When you go to the Chase homepage, you’ll see a place on the right side of this page where you can log in to your account. Just enter your username and password in the corresponding slots. You can check the “Remind me” box; however, before you do so, consider whether someone could find and steal your personal information. If you’re using a shared computer or public WiFi, you may want to think twice before checking this box.
How to log into your Chase account from your phone or tablet
The Chase mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. Please use your laptop or tablet to create your Chase online login before using the app.
After logging in with the app, tap “Request ID” and choose to receive it by email, text message, or phone call. Enter the code and password to complete the process.
You can deposit checks, transfer money and make payments using the Chase app. You can also use a branch locator if you need access to pinned branches.
What to do if you lose your Chase credentials
Get help if you lose your Chase credentials. On the Chase home page, click Forgot Username/Password? . link below the login button.
You must provide your social security number or tax ID number and account type to prove your identity. Once the process is complete, Chase will help you find your username or reset your password so you’re ready again for convenient online banking.
How to Find Your Chase Bank Statement
Chase’s online platform makes it easy to find bank statements anytime, anywhere. You can even view up to seven years of Chase statements online, just in case you want to dig deeper into your financial model.
If you’re on a phone or tablet, just click View Report in the Summary section while logged in to your account. If you’re using the desktop version of the Chase website, it works similarly – log in to your account, select the menu button to see more options, and select “Excerpts & Documentation” from the list.

What are the advantages of online banking?
Online banking has many benefits, but perhaps the biggest one is the instant gratification you get from using it. Instead of going to a brick-and-mortar Chase to check your balance or sending physical checks to the post office for important bills (which may or may not arrive at their destination), online banking takes your breath away. With online banking, you can set up automatic bill payments, check your account balances, and even schedule transfers from your checks to your savings—all within minutes.
