Is the Citi Rewards+ Card Right for You?

The Citi Rewards+ card is best for those who make small purchases frequently, thanks to its rounding feature.

2x points on purchases up to $6,000 at supermarkets and gas stations with this card can mean a great annual point bonus, but it’s not the highest reward you’ll find in these categories, even among other credit cards with no annual fee .

Instead, what sets this card apart from the rest are the combined features. If you make a monthly trip to the supermarket and fill your tank with about the same amount, you may benefit more from a card with higher rewards in these categories, such as: B. American Express Blue Cash Everyday® Card or Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card*.

However, if you frequently shop commute from get off work or go to the gas station a few times a week due to your long commute, round up each smaller purchase to the nearest in addition to everything else you buy along the way The entire itinerary of 10 minutes a day can add up quickly. Finally, even a pack of $0.99 gum gets 10 points.

Before applying for this card, you should consider the face value of the rewards and how the card’s unique features align with your typical spending habits.
