Checking accounts
VyStar offers a free checking account that even earns a little interest. There are no minimum deposit requirements and no minimum balance requirements to open an account. Account holders can also receive a free check, debit or ATM card and pay two days in advance via direct deposit.
Free checking accounts offer bill payment and customers can use their mobile phones to send and receive money. Customers also have free access to more than 20,000 ATMs through credit union owned and operated ATMs and ATMs on the Accel and Plus networks.

CD rates
VyStar Credit Union offers traditional CDs with terms ranging from three months to five years. All traditional CDs require a minimum deposit of $500 to open.

Banking experience
VyStar Credit Union has more than 50 full-service branches. In addition to more than 200 ATMs in Florida, there are more than 20,000 free ATMs in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Some ATMs are available from retailers such as CVS Pharmacy, Target, and Walgreens.
Branch opening hours vary by location. Representatives can be reached daily through the Contact Centre. Members can also contact the credit union through the live chat feature on their website.
Members can use the credit union’s mobile app and take advantage of features such as cell phone and account notifications. Account holders can use Touch ID or fingerprint recognition to access the VyStar mobile app. There is also a VyStar Card Control app that allows members to manage access to their debit cards.
